We were pleased to find, in Arcscapes Landscaping, a company that could undertake a complete project of design, construction and planting of our garden without having to call in other companies. The pre-design consultation was professional and thorough and we were pleased with the resulting design concept which encompassed our specific requirements, adding exciting and innovative aspects to our own ideas. The construction and planting of the garden was carried out by a friendly and hardworking team of men, who took a pride in their work and paid attention to detail. We cannot praise them enough. As work progressed, any modifications were discussed and incorporated where appropriate. The site was kept clear of rubbish on a regular basis and work was carried out with minimum inconvenience to us. I was delighted with the finished garden. Your crew worked very hard laying the patio and remodeling the whole garden in just three days. The final result was everything I had wished for and followed your design accurately. The layout of your planting scheme blended beautifully with established plants already in the garden. I can see that the new shrubs planted will show a variety of colour and texture as they mature. The design should ensure a low maintenance, easily manageable garden, which I requested. At the conclusion of work carried out in my garden by Arcscapes Landscaping I am delighted to give my recommendation to anyone considering using them. Sean Butler personally visited my property to view the project. He was innovative in his ideas and to his credit, made suggestions that were less costly to me and which were an improvement on my original plans. Once the work started, the workmen turned up exactly when expected and were prompt and polite during the time they were on my property. At the end of each day they cleared up as well as they were able to and stored materials in use in a manner that would not inconvenience me. No damage whatsoever was made to my property in the course of their work. Any minor amendments I asked to be made were carried out without complaint and the overall job was finished on time. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the superb job that you have done in laying the turf at the above address. We also appreciate the fact that due to the frosty conditions a the time you were unable to carry out the work on the due date but did telephone us to let us know that the work would be delayed for a few days. As you clearly stated during our initial conversastion on the telephone, you were not the cheapest but we certainly are delighted that by paying that little extra, we have a lawn that even now looks like a bowling green.
